Coast to Coast: when the sea meets the land

Salento is a narrow peninsula between two seas: the Adriatic and the Ionian. In just a few kilometers, you move from the coast to the golden countryside, from fishing harbors to wheat fields.

“Salento Coast to Coast” tells exactly this journey.

Sea bream ragù is born from the meeting of the land-based ragù tradition and the delicacy of fish farmed in open waters along our coast. A rare product that requires patience and artisanal expertise.

Long tomatoes, sun-dried, preserve the Salento summer: color, aroma, intensity.

Fennel taralli evoke the scents of the hinterland, while Friscous and orecchiette continue to bring to the table the strength of wheat and the vitality of “u vagnone,” our live sourdough starter since 1970.
