Friscous® Crusco is born from our live sourdough starter combined with flakes of Senise IGP Crusco pepper, a precious and distinctive ingredient known for its natural sweetness and unmistakable texture.
Briefly fried for just a few seconds and then subjected to a rapid thermal shock, the crusco pepper preserves all its crunchiness and fragrance, becoming an explosion of flavor that makes every dish unique.

Crunchy
Season with extra virgin olive oil (EVO) and add Mediterranean crunch to:

Couscous
- Pour Friscous® into a bowl.
- Add 1 tablespoon of EVO oil.
