Salento d’Amare: when the sea becomes essential

There is a way of loving the sea that needs very few words.

It is the way of those who know the rhythm of the waves, the taste of salt in the air, the patience of fishermen waiting for dawn.

“Salento d’Amare” is exactly this: love for the sea in its purest form.

Four products. One maritime story.

Sea bream ragù is born from the meeting of the land-based ragù tradition and the delicacy of fish farmed in our waters.
It is a rare product, requiring time, care, and deep respect for the sea.

Maritati pasta takes its name from an ancient tradition: when pasta and sauce “marry” so perfectly that they seem made for each other. And with these Maritati, our sea bream ragù truly finds its home.

Friscous carries the breath of “u vagnone,” our sourdough starter that has been alive since 1970. Raisin and onion taralli add that sweet-and-savory counterpoint that tastes of authentic Salento.

Just sea, pasta, authenticity.

For those who truly love the sea. With no need for anything else.
