Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 g Friscous
- 2 vine tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 80 g olives
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green pepper
- 200 g feta cheese
- capers in vinegar to taste
- oregano to taste
- extra virgin olive oil to taste
- salt to taste
Procedure
Preparation: slice the onion, pepper, cucumbers and cut the vine tomatoes into pieces. Arrange the vegetables and feta cubes in a bowl and season with salt, oil and oregano. Pour the Friscous® into another bowl, add 5 tablespoons of oil, mix and incorporate most of the already prepared dressing. Garnish the plates with the remaining dressing and a few wild fennel leaves. Enjoy your meal!
