Ingredients for 4 people
- 200 g Friscous
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 red onion
- 60 g extra virgin olive oil
- 2 zucchini
- 70 g green peppers
- 200 g tuna in oil
- tuna carpaccio
- mint
Procedure
Slice the onion, peppers, zucchini and break up the cherry tomatoes. Arrange the vegetables and tuna in a bowl and season with salt and oil. Pour the Friscous® into another bowl, add 5 tablespoons of oil, mix and incorporate most of the already prepared dressing. Garnish the plates with the remaining dressing and a few mint leaves.
