Ingredients for 4 people
- 200g Friscous
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ red onion
- 60g olives
- 2 zucchini
- 70g green peppers
- 200g tuna in oil or tuna carpaccio
- mint
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
Procedure
Start by slicing the onion, peppers and zucchini and breaking up the cherry tomatoes. Put everything in a bowl together with the tuna and season with salt and oil. Pour the Friscous® into a second bowl, add 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, mix and add most of the previously prepared dressing. Plate and garnish to taste with the remaining dressing and a few mint leaves. It's ready to serve!
