Friscous is an innovative product that combines the speed and simplicity of preparation of Salento frisella with the versatility to pair with any seasoning: with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and the simple addition of water at room temperature, it becomes in just a few seconds a fragrant, aromatic base for tasty aperitifs or wonderful first and main courses.
Friscous is based on a selection of semolina and durum wheat flours, including flour obtained from Senatore Cappelli wheat. The wheat supply comes from local productions carefully monitored by food technologists, while the semolina is processed by selected Apulian mills.
